The Exeter Cathedral (Cathedral Church of St. Peter in Exeter) in Devon, is one of the oldest and most visited Cathedral’s in England. The beautiful Gothic structure was built in the 13th century on the remains of the Norman Cathedral towers dating back to the 12th century. The detailed architecture, stained glass windows, the stunning blue astronomical clock and the longest unbroken Gothic vaulting makes it one of the most beautiful Cathedrals in world.
The Cathedral is located in the lively city center, surrounded by greenery and cafes. It is the a perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon in Exeter.
